Warranty Information:
Sovereign Flooring Systems will furnish replacement flooring free of charge if there is a loss of original pattern and colour under normal residential and/or commercial use of Ceramistone for the number of years as indicated on the package provided the flooring covered by this Warranty is installed and maintained according to instruction included in each package.

This Warranty does not include labour or the cost of labour for installation of the replacement flooring nor does it include damage due to improper installation or maintenance, excessive moisture or alkalis in the sub-floor installation or conditions arising from hydrostatic pressure, burns, tears indentations, stains or reduction in gloss due to normal use, and commercial or exterior application.

This Warranty shall not include loss of time, inconvenience; incidental expenses (such as telephone calls, labour and/or materials) incurred in the removal or reinstallation of the affected material, and any other incidental or consequential damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion of limitation of incidental or consequential damages so that the above limitation and exclusion may not apply to you. This Warranty gives you special legal rights, and you may have other legal rights, which vary from state to state.

This Warranty service is available only by notice to Sovereign Flooring Systems through the floor covering dealer from whom the purchase was made; Notification must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice and can only be authorized by Sovereign Flooring Systems.
